At MY MUM MADE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't quite right, you can return them within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
